Here are some great options for last minute Mother's Day gift ideas ...

Mother’s Day is coming up this Sunday – the 14th of March. It’s one of those you normally seeing in all the shops so you have a bit of time to prepare. But with the shops being shut in the run up to this Mother’s Day I feel like it has creeped around and now it will be a last minute panic about what to buy. So I hope this blog post will give you some last minute last minute Mother’s Day gift ideas that you could treat your mum/grandma/or mother figure in your life this year.

I have actually got my Mum some Bloom and Wild flowers this year. As her birthday normally falls on or around Mother’s Day (amazing timing) I tend to get her more for her birthday than Mother’s Day. But you really can’t fail with some flowers. But I wanted to include some more practical items in this, like the water bottle as it could be used everyday. Or the milk brother, which I got my Mum for her birthday because she drinks a lot of coffee having to work from home. She loves it and it works SO well.

But whether you are celebrating this Mother’s Day with your mum, on a socially distanced walk, or over FaceTime these presents might be the prefect pick me up gift for her this Sunday. Also, I want to point out that the majority of the links used will be affiliate links. It just means that if you buy that product through my link, I will get a percentage of the money… helps me out. But it doesn’t make it more expensive for you, and it will be marked with an *.

Hommak Electrical Milk Frother – £33.99*

As I mentioned I got my Mum this for her birthday on Monday. If your mum is working from home, or love a good Starbucks/Costa style frothy coffee then this is a must. It heats up the milk and turns it to froth and its just that extra little bit of luxury to boost a day.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion+ – £32.00*

Clinique is a perfect skincare brand for all ages. As it is fragrance free its kind to the skin and I know quite a few people who love this moisturising lotion as just a staple to their skincare collection.

Pastel Pink Pick of the Day extra-small bouquet – £44.00*

As mentioned you can never really go wrong with flowers. I ordered some Bloom and Wild ones, however their Mother’s Day delivery is quite expensive (my Mum’s got delivered today instead) so getting flowers like these from Selfridges might be the better option delivery wise.

The White Company Unisex Hooded Ribbed Hydrocotton Robe – £85.00*

Mum’s deserve a little luxury on this day and one of those ways good be a lush new White Company robe. This grey options is gorgeous and would be the perfect lockdown Mother’s Day gift too!

The White Company Suede Mule Slippers – £31.50*

To go with the robe these matching grey slipper from the white company will make your mum feel as if she is walking on clouds.

Whispering Angel Rose – £21.47*

I am hoping Mother’s Day will be nice weather wise. If it is you could order your mum a nice bottle of rose for her to enjoy in the sun or in the evening in front of some TV, or on a zoom call with you.

Oliver Bonas Pastel Dried Flower Bouquet Large – £55.00*

If you are still thinking about going down the flower route another option is dried flowers. With care they typically last longer than a regular bunch of flowers with an expiry date of three years!

Oliver Bonas Copper & Marble Three Tier Jewellery Stand – £39.00*

Something which would be nice is a little home gift, or a practical jewellery stand that still looks gorgeous. This one is white and copper so very neutral to suit all home tastes. It is luxurious and dainty and your mum will be able to hand her best pieces of jewellery off of it.

BISCUITEERS Mother Day Flowers Biscuit Tin 175g – £39.99*

I have bought Jack biscuits from the Biscuiteers before and they honestly make the cutest gift. They are really different and unique and also tasty!

MAMI WATA Infuser water bottle – £17.99*

As mentioned you could go for something more practical with a fruit infused water bottle. Just something that will get every day use especially when we are out of lockdown.
