Paris Fashion Week Style Diary

Don’t worry, here is all the links and info on the much asked after clothes I wore for Paris Fashion Week all in one style diary.

Yes. I am afraid I am till going on about Paris fashion week, almost as much as I am still posting about it on Instagram (sorry not sorry for the spam). But I couldn’t not do a style diary for Paris Fashion week. It is the biannual event where some of the prettiest, down right coolest and most avant garde outfits come out to play. Everyone congregates at the shows to find whats hot, and whats not. And even if you aren’t going into the show itself, you can bet there will be more than a handle of peacocks wondering around getting their photo snapped. The Paris fashion week crowd definitely draws upon some of the classiest and chicest looks in the fashion industry and it only means one thing. Dress to impress ladiessss.

Whether you are a movie star goddess like Cara Delevingne (who walked right past me BTW) or a small time blogger trying to get some good Insta shots nobody wants to just wear trackies and a hoody to an event like that. However I have also come to know not to stood out. I was at fashion week with uni – not to peacock. So I kept it looking on trend but also to my own comforts. I also spent the whole week walking more than 20,000 steps in the day so comfort played a huge part in my style diary too.

*Disclaimer – most of these outfits were partially or fully gifted in which I wasn’t asked to write a blog post about however I wanted to show you what I wore. Plus they are all bloody lush!*

Don’t worry, here is all the links and info on the much asked after clothes I wore for Paris Fashion Week.

Day 1

Shaket – I SAW IT FIRST *gifted

Leather Leggings (similar) – MissGuided

Biker Boots – Sisters and Seekers

Turtle Neck Top – New Look

I loved this outfit because I felt that it was so different to what I would normally wear on an everyday basis but I felt so bad ass in it. Although a little bit of a night mare in the airport security as the jacket had buttons and I had acrylic nails on (if you have worn fake nails before you know my pain). But it was really warm and comfy. We also got caught in two hail storms that day and got absolutely drenched but it dried off really quickly.

I also wore these boots for the majority of the trip just because they are probably the comfiest boots that I have ever worn. Bag wise, this bag I got given for my birthday. It is actually the inner part of a bigger handbag but I used it as it was big enough to fit my camera and makeup in, and it also had a size – which is pretty essential in Paris.

Day 2

Houndstooth Skirt – Loavies *gifted

White Jumper – Loavies *gifted

Tights – Primark

Biker Boots – Sisters and Seekers

Handbag – Valentino Divina Crossbody – House of Fraser

This was by far my most asked about outfit when I was in Paris. And probably the on that I loved the most too. I put a detail shot up on Instagram of this skirt and trust me my insights went mad. You guys bloody loved it! And for good reason its gorgeous! I love the print as I am obsessed with everything houndstooth, and the style of the skirt with the little frill is just so gorgeous. I matched it with a plain white jumper from loavies too which I got slightly larger in a medium as I wanted it a bit oversized. This will definitely be seen on my feed again thats for sure.

Day 3

Beige Frill Jumper – Loavies *gifted

Tan Leather Look Shorts – Loavies *gifted

Heart Print Tights – Pretty Polly  *gifted

Biker Boots – Sisters and Seekers

Tan Handbag – Topshop (not in stock anymore)

I love a good neutrals outfit and this one is right up my street. I think the jumper is really flattering because the detailing on the sleeves makes your waist appear smaller. Previously I had been looking for some leather shorts for a while and I would really recommend these as they are comfy, they don’t squeak and they are fleece lined. I thought I would wear a pair of decorative tights with this outfit for something a little different and they are also very on trend right now. Also I ate a lot this day and this outfit was very flattering despite that.

Day 4

Coat (similar) – H&M

Brunch Club T-Shirt – Joanie Clothing *gifted

Wide Leg Trousers – Joanie Clothing *gifted

White Tully Trainers – Ravel *gifted

This is my last full outfit from Paris and I definitely went with a very retro and seventies vibe which also went with my bouncy curls. Again, it was very out of my normal comfort zone however I did feel hella cool walking around Paris like it. I did have to wear a few layers underneath my t-shirt because Paris was bloody FREEZING but my coat was so nice and warm. This coat is probably one of my favourite things in my wardrobe because it is so soft and goes with so many different outfits. Even if it did weigh down my suitcase so I was VERY close to my weight allowance.

I hope you enjoyed this little style diary, let me know in the comments which was your favourite outfit!
