On Wednesday I attended a wonderful event held by Princesshay Exeter to celebrate all things summer, Wimbledon, food and drink and beauty. Sounds like the perfect evening right? It was held in Lloyds Lounge – a gorgeous and chic bar hidden in Catherine Square. I thought I would share the snaps that I got with you, courtesy of my friend Rosie, who I invited to be my photographer for the evening. Didn’t she do well??
With Wimbledon being on at the moment – and not being able to get attend this year (fingers crossed for next year) this was the perfect way to celebrate it. We got Pimms when we got there *the perfect summer drink in my eyes* or you could have a lovely elderflower presse for those like me who were driving. There were lots of lovely nibbles like watermelon and feta, cheese pastries, strawberries and cream and mini scones with jam. It wouldn’t be a Wimbledon event without strawberries and cream!!
I got to meet the lovely ladies from Clarins, to talk about skincare and their summer skin care cocktails! My skin care get very dry so it was amazing to get some tips and testers to help! Urban Decay and Lancome were also there doing one-to-one makeup looks – where I got a very glitzy eye look to go with my dress.
It was such a lovely evening, with food, drink and music and the perfect way to start summer off!
